No — you do not need a gym membership.

We provide complete at-home and travel-friendly workout options, so you can still make progress whether you prefer training at home, away for work, or can’t get to the gym.

What if I’m going away or have a holiday booked during the challenge?

Travel and holidays are a normal part of life,

which is exactly why we teach you how to stay on track while still enjoying them without undoing your progress.

It’s one of the most important things to learn so you can keep getting results well beyond the challenge.

And if you really need to,

you also have the option to pause for up to 2 weeks during your 24-week commitment.

Can I still enjoy dinners out, drinks, and social events?

Absolutely. This is a huge part of what we teach inside the challenge.

We give you simple cheat sheets, resources, and clear guidelines so you know exactly how to handle dinners out, drinks, weekends, and social events all without blowing out your progress.

We teach you how to include these properly, so fat loss still feels realistic and sustainable long term.
